Prenatal health and nutrition

Help prepare your partner or birth team for comfort measures during labor and create a relationship with you!

Continuous labor and birth support

As a Doula I believe it is important to provide emotional and physical support throughout your entire labor and birth journey. From the time I can arrive to you in labor, whether it be at your home, hospital, or birth center, I intend to stay with you until 2 hours after the birth of your baby, after the first feeding, or the amount of time needed.

Baby’s First Feeding Support

I assist you with the first time feeding your baby and finding the right position that is most comfortable. I try my best to help you get relaxed during this initial bonding time. I have many great breastfeeding & formula feeding resources to share and I can talk over your infant feeding options, desires, and goals with you.

Postpartum follow-up visits

I offer two one hour in-home postpartum visits within the three weeks after you arrive home with your baby. This is a great time to check in. I am here to help in whatever needs you have. Some families have questions regarding newborn care, emotional, and physical aspects of healing postpartum. Some just need an hour to close their eyes or shower. I am here to be a listening ear and help you feel supported!

Community Referrals

I can give you a lot of community referrals, online resources, and books with information regarding pregnancy, childbirth, formula and bottle feeding, pumping, breastfeeding, postpartum support, newborn care, sleep, cloth diapering, car seat safety, and more.
